Candidate search and screening
- We will search our database. We will write ads, run ads and go to those places where one finds good people. We will find the candidates that meet the specs of the job.
- We will screen candidates using all available means: resume and cover letter, employment application, and the behaviors displayed by the candidate during the search process.
Interviewing
- We will conduct all interviews, by phone and in person.
- Interviews will identify a candidate’s: motivation for the job, personality traits and work style, experience base, technical skills and values.
Candidate Assessments
- We will employ a variety of means to analyze a candidate’s fit for the job — tests for technical skills and mental aptitude; personality profiles and others designed for the job’s requirements.
- In-depth interviews will identify key behaviors required for the job and for your culture.
- Candidates for leadership positions will be measured against a leadership “success profile.”
After completing the steps above, we present to you a “hire” or “don’t hire” recommendation.
