HR On Call
We will work with you on an as needed basis and bill you monthly.
• Principal Consultant’s rate — $150 per hour;
• HR Manager's rate — $100 per hour;
• Administrative support rate — $50 per hour.

Project Basis
For projects beyond the scope of day- to-day needs. A typical project would be designing and developing a performance review process; developing a customized training program to address skill needs such as supervisory or communication and feedback skills; developing position descriptions for all positions. Hourly rates apply, listed above.

Commit to 2 or 4 hours per month of HR Support for one year.
