Diana Quinn leads The Quinn Co. an HR consulting business helping small to mid-sized companies develop and execute HR strategies. With over two decades human resource experience, the last 15 in key leadership positions, Diana directed the HR activities of several different organizations in the manufacturing, marketing and service sectors. Since 2004, The Quinn Co. has provided guidance and counsel on all HR management issues: providing staffing, developing policy and processes, providing training and development, and leading performance and development efforts.

Diana holds a BA in Human Resource Management from the University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois and a Masters of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. She is a member of SHRM and the OD Network. Diana is a certified “train the trainer” in DDI’s Max program and Learning International's Supervisory Development Program. She is also a former instructor with the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Diana’s not-for-profit experience includes being on the Operating Board of The Center for Women and serving as a founding member of ConnectVETS.Org, an organization dedicated to connecting the men and women who have served our country with private sector employment opportunities.
